EMS Miniaturization

A project focused on reducing the size of an EMS PCB while maintaining full functionality. The redesigned board integrates RS232, AMS1117, and optimized connectors for seamless 7-segment LED control. Alongside the main PCB, a new display board was developed with improved connections, precise layouts, and perfectly aligned LED modules for enhanced readability. This compact, efficient design ensures better performance while saving space. With a focus on accuracy and reliability, the miniaturized EMS board offers a streamlined solution for modern applications.
